Please help me this is extremely urgent

Okay so I woke up this morning about 6:00 am with a really sharp pain around my appendix... I never vomited, or had a fever today, anything. All I have is just a sharp pain. I don't know if i pulled a muscle or something else but it hurts I can barely walk or get out of bed... I'm only 14 and the only thing I had to eat was poptarts last night before i went to sleep... Please help I don't want to have surgery or die of inflammation :(
