pain and hardness in upper abdomin,right side for one week

Hardness,tenderness,and pain in upper abdomen. Pains comes in waves, usually after eating and moving around, bending mostly.
Appetite has lessened some, fill full quicker. Fill a hardness when pressing on abdomen, right side. Has been bother some for one week now.
Also now experiencing lower middle back pain. Don't know if two are related.
I am a 40 yr. Old female , had my appendix removed, and had mess put in to line my middle abdomen after a hernia repair surgery was done last year.
