Abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea

I happens almost every month. My right side will stiffen up then nausea kicks in. I'll start vomiting and have diarrhea that last for a week up to 7 times a day. I've gone to the ER and got nothing but fluids. I've had a HIDA scan, ultrasound, blood work all negative except a cyst on my liver. They said that's normal. I need help I can't take much more of this.
