upper left abdominal pain for 3 months

I have a scar that runs along my left rib cage. It actually starts in the middle of the breast bone and continues for about 9 inches and ends at my left side.
48 yo female
meds: trazadone, lithium, lamotrigin
Weight loss of 26 pounds since the last week in September.
Feeling of FULL all the time, cannot eat much at any time. Bowles are hard or very soft.
Very painfull all the time.
