upper abdominal pain during sex

Hi,am a women age 24.
Recently me and my boyfriend had to stop while we were making love as I was experiencing a very bad pain when he began penetrating.
It once happened about a year and a half back when we had sex for the first time, then I just thought to myself. That maybe its my female organ and wall experiencing a new size.
Then it never happened again until last night, the very same pain came back again.
So now I don't even know what I must say it is. I just need tips or help on how to deal with it. Incase it comes back!
