pain in right side of the abdomen at most 10 weeks of pregnancy

ai am about at most 10 weeks pregnant. Not sure because I had an abnormal painful menstruation before discovering I was pregnant the second month.
I feel sparing pains in my right lower abdomen. It's a bit swollen I I feel abit pressured and pass out a lot of urine when pressed.
I was operated for my first baby.she's five years plus. This is my second child.
