lower left abdominal pain fr 2 years

Hi there i have been getting pain in my lower left abdomen for 2 yrs now but lately it has been getting worse.
I went for a abdominal ultra sound yesterday and i was told everything is ok, so why am i in so much pain all the time? I have been taking senna for over 8 yrs now for constipation, i take 12 senna every night in order to have a bowel movement, if i take less i will not have a bowel movement.
If i do not open my bowels every day the pain is even worse. please help, i am only 30 yrs and it is ruining my life!!
