Left side abdominal pain women a long time

Hi i have been getting abdominal pains on my left side for a long time.
At first i was told to remove an mirena coil i did as i kept getting uti. But even after doing that pains are still there i also done a colonoscopy but there was nothing sinister found.
I still eat okay, no weight loss and i dine lots of blood test, stool test and nothing has been found. Im worried because this has been happening for the past few years now.
Please i need advice
