i have had upper mid and upper right abdominal pain for the past three days. ultrasound of abdo reveal nothing. i have normal bowel movements. i have tried gas medicine, bland diet, etc. still having sharp pain so bad it makes me cry. i have a history of PCOS. have been on metformin for pcos for about a year now. no medicine allergies.
