Having Pain when i wake up every morning

Hey all,
I am 32 years of old and i am having pain right side of my abdominal every morning since last 2 to 3 years. the pain remains most of the time until 10 to 11 am. i have done ultra sound, citi-scan, and IVU test all the test are fine.. doctor's are unable to diagnose. they just give me painkillers. can any one help me...what should i do and what medicine should i take.. no weight loss ..
