constant nausea for years

I have had nausea for years.
I thought it was from my msir that I take for chronic pain.
But went to gastro doc.
Had gallbladder out in 2013. Surgeon had to go back in to stop bleeding in abdomen shortly after surgery.
To this day I still have nausea, bloating, cramps on right side right under rib cage.
Just wish it would go away.
Any answers out there?
