abdominal pain

I have undergone C-section two and a half years back.

From last six months whenever I am getting strained I am getting severe abdominal pain.

It starts slowly and increases by 4 to 5 days....and reaches to its peak level causing severe pain in the area below C-section til my vaginal area.

I am suffering a lot.Is it possible for me diagnose my problem and the cause of it?
