lower right abdominal pain

I have lower right abdominal pain, always in the morning, which wakes me up, I had a total hysterectomy Ded 2012 and have experienced this pain since. I feel the need to go for a poo, which then involves manual evacuation, stools are hard but normal. I take sodium docusate for constipation but cannot seem to reach a happy balance between hard and loose movement. I also have MS which doesnt help, due to inability to take walks/exercise etc, my stomach is bloated especially after food ...please help. J
