Pain in left part below belly button.

past view weak i felt pain just below belly on left side which then moved little above and it was severe.i made my color pale.it then moved to left back and also cause vomiting.i reached hospital and they injected me after sometime i got well.
And now after 20 or 25 days i am feeling constant pain below belly button toward left and of little intensity and is bearable.
this pain also move sometime to kidney but vanish from there within minute. but constant little intensity pain remain near anus on left side not below.no swelling also no problem while peeing.no burn.color of urine is also normal.
I also tested my ultrasound and results normal but i am mot satisfied. Sometime i feel gastro only.
