Hi there, i am 22 years old. Of recent, i have been experiencing lower left side abdominal pain.
This pain occured 2 years ago when i was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
The doctor said i have a more of an over activate bowel, as well as my left ovary has formed more follicles than the right ovary.
The pain disappeared, but it came back four months ago. I started experiencing hard to pass wind and go to the toilet, but my period is coming every month.
Once i pass stools or wind, the pain lessens but not as painful before i have to move my bowels. i am wondering what the pain could be due to?
