Hello Tasha,

Many thanks for contacting us regarding your lower abdominal pain, ongoing for three days. I can also see that getting pregnant is very important to you, especially after having a myomectomy.

Are you worried that this lower abdominal pain might be related to the myomectomy, or perhaps to early pregnancy?

The information provided, as well as description of this pain is very limited. Providing details as outlined in the online consultation form here at the The Online Medical Doctor Consultation page would certainly help us in trying to work out what might be causing your lower abdominal pain. Nevertheless, new onset lower abdominal pain in women of childbearing age that is not due to menstrual pain are more likely due to urine infection (cystitis), constipation, IBS, or adhesion (in those who have had a major abdominal surgery like you in the past), if the pain stays on for a long time on and off. You will need to exclude pregnancy too.
See if the pain goes away by the end of today, otherwise, it will be a good idea to speak with your healthcare provider.
If however there is something in particular you are worried about with this pain, please do not hesitate to come back to discuss it with us.
I wonder if this helps at all.
Thanks again for visiting us here at abdopain.com and using our free online resource.
