Left side abdominal pain

I am 23 years old,no medical problems or allergies to any medications.
I woke up this morning with this cramp mostly felt in my lower left side and my lower back also hurts. It has lasted all day and its now 4am and i cant sleep or find a comfortable position. I dont know what to do.
