left lower abdomin pain

My name is kirty,I'm 27 yrs old.No smoking no drinking
suddenly there was a severe pain in my left side of abdomin.But the pain alternatively changes from high to low.I consulted doctor they told i'm having urinary infection. And prescribed Biomics Cefixima and Buscapina Compositum.
Most of the days after the intake of lots of water, my body get dehydrated, constipation. Once due to constipation the lower skin got tear and got bleeding. I've never undergone any operation.
