Adhesion after 3 c sections

I had 3 c-sections. I had a laparoscopy/hysteroscopy/mirena coil. Having had pelvic pain and 'contracture' like abdo pains. An ultrasound said poss polyp. The laparscopy showed bulky uterus, adhesions over left ovary, and abdominal wall. Right ovary normal. Retrograde uterus. I have a 3mth follow up. No treatment was given. I don't understand why.
